So I'm going to have to do a complete backup and clean install. I have had no problem with those same tweaks ever since RS1 was released including every update since then, well, up until RS2. Strictly registry tweaks only (I did have the windows update service disabled though, which I know wasn't the problem). Also, I've not butchered or removed anything from Windows. The only tweaks I've used on this machine was a select few registry tweaks in Winaero Tweaker, but with every registry tweak available in ShutUp 10 except "deferred updates" (in other words, the only tweak I didn't use was to defer updates). So then I went back to the start menu and held the shift key as I clicked restart which allowed me to "restore previous version" and now everything is working perfectly again now that I'm back to RS1 14393.1066. I quickly realized my system was borked so I first tried running the command prompt and running "start ms-settings" from there and got "explorer.exe Class Not Registered" again so the settings app was completely dead. I couldn't connect to wifi unless I went to the lock screen and connect from there. Right click on taskbar pinned apps didn't work although I could pin and unpin them from within the start menu. Right click on taskbar button wouldn't work. Here's what happened after "upgrading" to 1703: The start menu worked but I couldn't open the settings app, it just opened a window saying "explorer.exe Class Not Registered". I mounted the ISO in explorer and ran setup to do the upgrade. I used a verified MS ISO of Win10_1703_English_圆4.iso that I checked the hash before I started.

I just tried to update to RS2 from RS1 that was fully updated as of today. After I removed the Windows Defender Security Center with MSMG ToolKit the Action Center is reporting some errors. Also, I removed the Xbox app with it and it still appears in the Start Menu even if I don't write it name (if I write its name it appears also). I removed some apps with CCleaner and they still appear in Start Menu if I write their name in it. This happens since the Anniversary Update. Kon-Boot works after I do a clean install but after I install all the programs I want it stops working and the PC shutdowns itself. How can I remove this annoying blue screen (it's not a BSOD so maybe I should say it's a blue window) saying that my Kaspersky license is almost expired and to renew the license and another that asks me If I want to restart the PC in order to install the Windows Updates? If I choose the "Ignore" option I can proceed without any problem. Can anyone tell me the difference between telemetry and those settings we can disable after the install which if activated send data to Microsoft's servers (Location, Diagnostics, etc.), I think? So, after I removed telemetry with MSMG ToolKit I should continue disabling those settings? Also, after I choose my username, password and password hint the setup says "Something went wrong".
